Room Rates

• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Sharing rates are per Person Sharing per night.
• All rates include a Full English breakfast and Continental buffet.
• All rates include 14% VAT.

• These rates do not include a Tourism Levy of 1%.
• All rates are quoted in South African Rands.
• Cranberry Cottage has a child policy of children 12+ @ R150 and under 12 years @ R50 per night, we've got certain family rooms.

Booking Procedures & Terms of Condition

• Reservations are gladly accepted via telephone, in writing via mail, fax or e-mail and all require 50% of the total stay to confirm the reservation.
• Final confirmation of booking is only made on receipt of above mentioned deposit.
• Should a deposit not be received as requested, the hotel reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking without any verbal or written notice.
• Deposit may be made direct into our bank account of via credit card. Guests making credit card deposit must complete and sign our credit card deposit authorization form which will be sent to you on request.

Cancellations

• 100% of the value of the total stay if cancelled 1 days or less prior to date of arrival, or if a " no show";
•  50% of the value of the total stay if cancelled less than 2 days prior to date of arrival;
•  25% cancellation fee on the value of the total stay if cancelled less than 5 days prior to date of arrival.

The full extent of the stay will be charged for in the event of a premature departure. This is not dependent on the hotel's occupancy level. Please note - NO verbal cancellations will be accepted. All cancellations are to be faxed or e-mailed directly to Cranberry Cottage.
